These terms govern the website and online event-registration services at flatheadaimeetup.com, operated by Lightbulb Moment Labs, Inc. ("we," "us"). This website role does not make us the sole organizer of every event or the operator of partner programs. Event organizers and venues remain responsible for their respective event arrangements and rules. Please read these terms before creating an account or registering for an event. If you do not agree, do not use the account or registration services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts and registration
You must be at least 16 to create an online account. Provide accurate information, use your own sign-in credentials, and protect access to your account. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Signing in does not reserve a seat. A reservation is confirmed only when the website confirms your registration. Unless an event says otherwise, each account may reserve one seat per event. Reservations are subject to capacity and the requirements on the event page. Do not use multiple accounts to bypass limits or register someone else without an authorized registration arrangement.
If you cannot attend, please cancel so someone else can use the space. Contact the team if you need help. The online-account age rule does not determine each event's admission policy. Contact the organizers about any event-specific requirements for participants under 18 or attendance arrangements for someone under 16.
Events and changes
Event pages describe the schedule, location, cost, equipment, and prerequisites. Events labeled free have no admission fee, but you are responsible for your own travel, devices, internet access, and any third-party subscriptions listed as requirements. Do not purchase a tool solely on the assumption that access is included with registration.
Presenters, topics, schedules, or venues may change, and events may be cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to update the website and notify registered attendees of material changes. We may cancel registrations that are duplicates, violate these terms, or cannot be accommodated because an event is cancelled or materially changed. We will communicate the reason where practical.
A welcoming community
Treat participants, presenters, organizers, and venue staff respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, disruptive behavior, and misuse of another person's information are not acceptable. Follow venue rules and organizer directions. We may restrict account access or participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community or address misuse. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Do not attack the website, bypass access controls, collect private attendee information, send spam, or use the services unlawfully.
Learning with AI
Our events provide education and demonstrations, not guaranteed outcomes or professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or unsafe results. Review and test their output before relying on it, especially before using generated applications with real users or sensitive data.
You are responsible for the information you enter into third-party tools, your subscriptions, and compliance with those tools' terms. Do not upload confidential, employer, client, or personal information unless you have permission and understand the tool's data practices. We cannot guarantee the availability, behavior, or pricing of outside services.
Your work and others' content
You retain your rights in work you create or bring to an event. Participating does not transfer ownership to us. Respect the rights of presenters, other participants, and third parties. Website branding, photographs, presentations, and other content may not be reused without permission or another lawful basis.
Registration does not itself grant permission to use your likeness in promotional photographs or recordings. Any event photography or recording arrangements will be communicated separately. Ask permission before recording or publicly sharing another participant's work or identifying information.
Communications and privacy
We may send confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and important updates for your account or reservations. Marketing newsletters are optional and require a separate subscription; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Our partnerships with the Wachholz Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (WIEC) and the Stanford d.school do not make those organizations the website operator or imply endorsement of every presenter, tool, or participant project. These terms do not speak for those organizations or replace their own applicable venue or program rules.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, accurate website, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, the website and educational materials are provided as available without guarantees of a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will show the revised effective date and provide notice of material changes when appropriate or required. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it rather than treating an update as automatic consent.
